PU INJECTION GROUTING

Pu and epoxy  Injection  Grouting SYSTEM:-

ARMGROUT INJECT PU1:-  Foam Injection Two component polyurethane foam injection grout manufactured by con repair  Industries Ltd and to be site mixed is a hydrophobic grout based on polyurethane [ Upon contact with water. CYH-500 reacts to closed cell rubber like foam while expanding its volume up to 27 times.
The cured material is of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the reacted material does not shrink or   swell. Depending on the pressure of Injection, ARMGROUT INJECT PU1 reacts to very dense material or foam] that shall be injected with mechanically piston driven pump with maximum pressure up to 100 bar.
Arm Grout Inject EP:- Epoxy grout to make strengthening of PU grout pores.
Or as per site requirements at running water leakages against the hydrostatic water pressure.
NOTE:- STP Tank should be full before doing the PU Grout to get active leakage points.
